Mid-afternoon on my Birthday today, I got a mean hankering for chocolate. Good thing I live really close to multiple chocolatiers as I had places to be. Birthday-type places. Oddly, though, I didn’t know if I would have any Birthday sweets in my near future, so the chocolate jonesing was dire. And, six minutes after parking my Jeep, I had four of these babies in my grubby hands. Just Truffles Chocolatier is a place I pass often but have never stopped to visit.
Have I been missing out.
Today, I chose four: Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Bacon. Yes, Bacon. This should come as no surprise to those who have followed me and I will tell those people that yes, it measured up.
Get in the car. Drive to Saint Paul’s Grand Avenue. Take six minutes and get yourself some truffles.
