I was metformin 1000 mg day just shopping for Carson and Ian’s bouncing baby boy that’s due at the end of the month when I ran across this:

Got Mammaries?

HA!  I’m pleased as punch.  Here is why:

It was totally my idea.

This is how it went down: My former Architect boss came up with an idea to get t-shirts that said “got storage?” for the client who kept demanding more and more storage space in his renovated manse on Lake Minnetonka.

The rub was that he had this burst of genius the DAY BEFORE HE WANTED TO GIVE THEM TO THE CLIENT.

I called Rebel Ink at Snelling and Selby in Saint Paul, talked to Todd, sent them the files (including the official “got milk?” font I purchased quickly for the purpose), and he promised I could pick them up the next day.

When I went to pick them up the next day, I killed time by laughing at all their fantastic baby clothes and slogans, many of which I’d also seen at pacifier on Hennepin. To show my appreciation for the one-day turnaround, I told him to keep the font file we’d purchased…and quipped that they should do up some onesies that say “got mammaries?”

Apparently, they did.

True story.
