This was one of those serendipitous encounters.  Had I chosen to park in a different lot on a different level at the Southdale mall in Edina, I would’ve missed this gem.  This beauty.  This piece of art.

At first, I thought it was a neat cobalt car.  Then, I swear I blinked audibly.  Like, “Scooby Doo” blinks.  My second and third takes only made me smile wider.  I looked around to see if anyone was inside of it…then I whipped out my camera.

I want to know this person.  I want to hear the story behind this car.  I want to see the documentary.
