No Coast Craft-o-Rama 2010

Prepare yourself metformin hcl side effects for photos galore.  I was able to go to the No Coast Craft-o-Rama right as it opened at 3:00 this afternoon and I came home with a camera full of photos…and a purse full of business cards.  I’m not going to tell the story of each vendor as I encountered them and feel free to read my deconstruction of how this ain’t your mama’s craft show from last year here.  The purpose of this post is pure and simple–I want to show people why they want to go to the Craft-o-Rama tomorrow, the second and final day to see these gifted artists and vendors in one place at one time in 2010.  I want to drive traffic to the sites of the vendors so that they can have a successful selling season.  I want to show you, in photos, what talent we have here year ’round, but all in one place for the Craft-o-Rama.

I know it’s snowing out there.  We’re Minnesotans.  Buck up, buttercups.  Put on your big girl pants and go to Midtown Global Market tomorrow and see for yourself what I only skim the surface of here: The best Craft-o-Rama on No Coast whatsoever.

If you can’t make it–or don’t live near Minnesota or the Twin Cities–be sure to click the links I’m going to try to provide with the photos.  Many of the vendors have Etsy stores or other methods to buy their wares.  They’re in no particular order.  There were four of us who started the Craft-o-Rama together and, when texting from the parking lot and ramp, we just had to say two words to know exactly where we would meet each other: Adam Turman.  Whether Stacie remembered from last year that his booth was at the end of a hallway and a pretty darned good place to start or he was a very easy name to drop for instant recognition, it worked.  I recommend following our path, though the pictures–if I included all of them–would tattle on us that our path took us to the Salty Tart for a little too long.  This is in no way a complete representation of all the vendors.  There were some I probably missed, some I simply walked past quickly, and some that I photographed, but the pictures didn’t turn out. That’s how that goes–but that’s also why you need to go and see everything for yourself.

Enjoy.  There’s a parking ramp for your vehicle so it won’t be out in the snow all day.

Get there.

Buy stuff.

You’ll be glad you did.

My oven mitts were from this vendor. I loved the one I got so much last year that I had to get two this year. They’re adorable and only $5!

What a fab walk through an awesome show! Thank you for including photos of my booth, and for all your enthusiastic comments about the show at large. No Coast Rules!

Yes! Aren’t those great? The second day I got a chance to talk to her and she had barely any inventory left. It was quite a successful venture!
